I realized that the inner world of the leaders created the corporate culture.
I no longer do traditional consulting. Instead I work with individuals and leadership teams to guide them to create a life and career in alignment with their values and divine purpose.
The trauma healing work I learned was the key. Unless you first remove the negative beliefs, thoughts and feelings about your self and the world – you cannot step into your full creativity, genius and sovereign authority.
